The 17th Dhaka Motor Show 2024 is set to begin on 23rd May at the Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center (BBCFEC) in Purbachal, Dhaka. It aims to showcase various brand-new cars, motorcycles, auto parts, commercial vehicles and various auto accessories. The 3-days show will also feature special exhibitions on the 8th Dhaka Bike Show 2024, the 7th Dhaka Auto Parts Show 2024 and the 6th Dhaka Commercial Automotive Show 2024 organized by CEMS Global USA.
Mehrun N Islam, Managing Director of CEMS Global USA and Asia Pacific, presented this information at a press conference organized at Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka on Monday. The show will begin from 23 May and end on May 25, 2024, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, every day.

S.S Sarwar, CEO of CEMS-Global, expects to host over 600 booths and over 175 exhibiting organizations from 17 countries including Japan, India, China, Malaysia, South Korea and the USA. He hoped that the exhibition would contribute to the advancement of local industries by showcasing new and innovative products from different countries. CEMS-Global Executive Director Tanveer Kamrul Islam and International Marketing Director Abhishek Das were also there at the press briefing.
Apart from this, Dhaka Motor Show 2023 will be the moment of motorsports’ topping in Bangladesh. Therefore, the Dhaka Motor Show is greatly likely to develop motorsports in Bangladesh, too. As part of a joint effort with CEMS-Global, ‘Bangladesh Motor Sports’ will host its 4th Rallycross Championship 2024 which is slated for May 25. These events are a landmark for Bangladesh’s motor racetrack and showcase off-road racing that is very popular.
