Tata Motors has launched its first battery-powered electric Ace EV 1000 pickup. It can carry up to 1 ton. A single charge will run 161 km.
Saying goodbye to petrol engines, Tata Motors has introduced battery and electric motorized pickup trucks. For commercial use, this truck can become a travel companion for many people. The company is offering a 7-year battery warranty on Tata’s new electric pickups.

Tata Motors claims it will get an advanced battery management system and advanced telematics system. This electric truck has a strong chassis and an advanced battery management system. The company claims to provide all the facilities to provide efficient service in carrying the goods.

This truck can go 161 km on a single charge. That is, the company thinks that the fuel cost will be saved a lot. Fast charging is also available. It takes 105 minutes to charge from 10 to 80 percent. This truck has an Evogen powertrain. The battery is said to come with a 7-year warranty and a 5-year comprehensive maintenance package.
The pickup has an advanced battery that can cope with all weather conditions. Comes with a regenerative braking system. It can generate a maximum power of 27 kW and 130 Nm of torque.
